What You Receive

Your purchase includes one high-resolution, watermark-free JPEG file of the photograph. The file is delivered at full resolution, suitable for professional printing at sizes up to 24×36 inches and beyond at 300 DPI. The color space is sRGB, which is the standard accepted by virtually all print labs.

Permitted Uses

• ✓Print the photo for personal display in your home or office, at any size, on any paper, through any lab you choose.
• ✓Use the photo as a desktop or phone wallpaper.
• ✓Use the image in personal, non-commercial projects such as a personal website or blog, provided you credit "Photo by David Weight — DW8 Photography".
• ✓Give the printed photo as a gift (the file itself may not be shared — only physical prints you produce).
• ✓Print multiple copies for your own household or as personal gifts.

Prohibited Uses

• ✗Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the digital file in any form, whether standalone or as part of a template, mockup, or product.
• ✗Use the photo for commercial purposes — including advertising, marketing, product packaging, book covers, album art, or any use intended to generate revenue — without obtaining a commercial license first.
• ✗Use the photo in any AI training dataset or feed it to any generative AI tool.
• ✗Remove or alter any metadata embedded in the file.
• ✗Claim the photograph as your own work.
• ✗Use the photo in a way that defames, disparages, or misrepresents the photographer or the subject matter.
