Pored Bracket Fungus on Trunk

A pored bracket fungus is attached to the side of a vertical tree trunk near the camera. The fungus underside is pale yellow with small round pores, the bark reads dark gray and brown, and bright green canopy is visible above in daylight from a low upward angle. The porous underside shows a honeycomb texture with tiny dark specks across its surface.
