White Slime Mold Fruiting Bodies

White slime mold fruiting bodies sit on damp forest soil with a small wasp perched on the upper surface. The cluster is creamy white against dark brown and black soil, lit by soft, even light and framed as a tight macro with a blurred background. Fine sand grains and tiny soil particles cling between the conical spines.
