Orange-Eyed Fly on Plant

An orange-eyed fly sits on a dark green leaf at the lower left of the frame. Its orange-brown body, long thin legs and translucent dark wings are lit from the front while the background falls into deep, soft green bokeh. The compound eyes reveal a fine honeycomb pattern and a small paired orange antenna club between them.
