Yellow Jelly Fungus on Post

Yellow jelly fungus grows along the end grain of a weathered wooden post. Translucent amber-orange discs cling to the dark, damp wood and catch soft side light while the background falls into deep blur. Tiny grains of dirt cling to several cups, and the clusters resemble spilled amber beads against the timber.
