Carved Stone Wellhead in Campo

A carved stone wellhead sits in the foreground of a small Venetian courtyard near a brick building. The pale, weathered limestone is lit by soft daylight and framed against red-brown brick, a graffiti-covered metal shutter and a bright red hydrant at right. An iron grate covers the well and a loop of electrical cable runs along the wall above the shutter.
