Carved Stone Head and Plaque

A carved stone head sits mounted above a decorative stone plaque on an exterior stucco wall. The off-white carved elements contrast with a matte burgundy background; the light is even and the frame is a tight vertical crop centered on the head and shield-shaped relief. A thin crack runs between the head and the plaque and the head's eyes and mouth show noticeable surface wear.
