Brown Weevil on Grass Blade

A brown weevil clings vertically to a single grass blade near the left edge of the frame. The beetle's metallic brown elytra contrast with the textured green of the blade and a soft, out-of-focus green background; light is even and natural. Its long segmented antennae reach down into the blurred area and the elytra show fine longitudinal ridges.
