Tagetes Marigold Flower Head

A Tagetes marigold flower sits in the right foreground on its stem. The orange bloom is lit evenly and photographed with a shallow depth of field, leaving the surrounding foliage rendered as soft gray bokeh. The flower's tightly ruffled edges and darker central disk are visible, with a second marigold blurred to the left.
