Wild Sunflower Head

The wild sunflower head tilts toward the right edge of the frame. Bright yellow petals are lit from behind by a low sun, producing large warm circular bokeh against a dark, out-of-focus background. Several lower leaves show insect-chewed holes and tiny water droplets speckle the petals.
