Carved Stone Frieze with Putti

A carved stone frieze with putti, a lion keystone and Corinthian columns sits above a large arched doorway. The black-and-white photograph shows pale, weathered stone and darker sooty streaks, framed in a tight, angled crop across the arch and entablature. Close inspection reveals heavy erosion on the right-hand putto and runoff streaks on the frieze.
