Polypore Pore Surface

The polypore pore surface fills the frame in a tight close-up of the fungus underside. Warm tan, beige and off-white tones are softly lit and the shallow focus emphasizes fibrous tube walls and elongated pores. Tiny granular particles dust the surface and a single deeper round pore with a darker center appears at right.
