Oak Skeleton Close-Up

An oak skeleton lies across low foliage, its lamina skeletonized and punctured by irregular holes. The surface shows tan and sepia tones with a pale network of veins, lit by soft, even daylight in a tight horizontal crop. Pale, lacy rims trace the larger holes and tiny dark speckles dot the central rib.
