Pore Surface of Bracket Fungus

The pore surface of a bracket fungus fills the frame, seen edge-on along the cap margin. Creamy white tubular pores hang beneath a thin tan rim against a deep out-of-focus background. Two small black specks sit near the cap edge and are clearly visible in the frame.
