Purple Cosmos Flower Close-up

Purple cosmos flower (Cosmos bipinnatus) fills the frame with its yellow central disk and short black-tipped stamens in focus. The bright purple petals form a radial backdrop under even light and a very shallow depth of field keeps the outer petals soft and blurred. A single water droplet clings to the upper-right petal.
