Cosmos Flower with Buds

A cosmos flower sits near the lower-right of the frame with two unopened buds rising behind it. Its light rose petals surround a dense yellow center, and soft diffuse daylight with a shallow focus renders the background as a smooth gray-green blur. Two small holes in the upper petals and a tiny dark speck near the disk are visible on close inspection.
