Siberian Squill Flower

A Siberian squill (Scilla siberica) sits at the top of a thin stem near the center of the frame. Its six narrow blue petals show darker central stripes and dark blue anthers, lit by soft, even daylight against a smooth green-gray background. One petal tip has a small tear and a few pollen grains are visible on the anthers.
