Frog Peeking Between Lily Pads

A frog pokes its head up between floating lily pads and water lettuce at the surface of a pond. The photograph is rendered in black-and-white with the frog's glossy eyes sharply focused in the lower center while the surrounding pads blur. Both eyes show bright specular highlights, which make the frog appear to regard the camera.
