Hosta Leaves Unfurling

Hosta leaves are unfurling in a garden bed, two curled shoots occupying the foreground. The pale green leaves are lit by soft daylight and set against out-of-focus violet blooms that form a purple backdrop. One spiral is slightly sharper than the other, and you can make out faint parallel veins on the nearer leaf.
