Hibiscus Stigma and Stamens
A hibiscus stigma and its surrounding stamens rise from the flower's central column. Deep magenta and burgundy tones fill the frame, with soft side lighting and a very shallow depth of field that isolates the fuzzy, cup-shaped stigmas at the right. Tiny hairs along the stigmas catch pale highlights and a ring of blurred pale anthers sits beneath them.
