Periwinkle Dried Stalk

A periwinkle dried stalk hangs from nearby foliage near the left edge of the frame. Muted green leaves and a desaturated blue-gray stalk sit against a soft, out-of-focus purple background with cool, low light and very shallow depth of field. The dried corolla is curled and ribbed, and fine veins are visible on the adjacent foliage.
