Torn Paper Edge Curl

A torn paper edge curls inward, forming a narrow spiral at the sheet's margin. The photograph is black-and-white with bright highlights on the fibrous rim and deep out-of-focus dark areas behind, shot with a very shallow depth of field. Tiny pulp granules cling to the torn rim and a single dark speck sits near the tip.
