Translucent Bonnet Caps

Translucent bonnet caps rise on thin stems from damp leaf litter on the forest floor. They show pale beige to nearly clear domes and slender gray stems, lit with soft, cool-toned light and photographed with a shallow depth of field that turns the fallen leaves into a brown blur. A small water droplet clings to the rim of one cap.
