Oyster Fungus Gills

Oyster fungus gills fan out along the cap edge at the left of the frame in a tight close-up. The ridges appear tan to peach under side light and are set against a soft, dark gray blurred background with very shallow focus. A fine, velvety fringe is visible along the nearest gill edge.
