Oyster Cap Edge

An oyster mushroom cap fills the frame, shown in a tight close-up of its outer edge. The surface is glossy and wet, pale tan to pink-beige with a translucent serrated rim and soft, even light; a dark green plant is blurred behind it. Fine serrations along the margin and rippling, striated textures are clearly visible in the frame.
