Purple Lupine Inflorescence Spike

A purple lupine inflorescence rises from the plant with its tip curving slightly forward. The lower petals are deep violet while the upper buds are pale green, lit by soft natural light and framed with a shallow depth of field that renders the background into bokeh. Fine hairs coat the buds and the unopened florets form a tight spiral near the tip.
