Translucent Amber Fungus Cap

A translucent amber fungus cap sits on damp wood mulch near pieces of decaying bark. The cap is glossy and partly water-filled, with radial gill lines visible in warm amber and tan tones against a dark brown, softly blurred background. A pale, translucent crystal-like fragment rests at the stem base.
