Serrated Autumn Leaf on Moss

A serrated fallen leaf rests on a bed of low moss and forest litter at the lower right of the frame. The leaf shows mottled red and yellow veins and a darker midrib, lit from above against a blurred green-brown background and framed tightly. The toothed edge reveals tiny water beads and a few small dark spots on the surface.
