Pink Bearded Iris Close-Up

A pink bearded iris fills the frame, its ruffled petals opened toward the camera. Pale pink and peach surfaces catch bright directional sunlight while an orange fuzzy beard runs down the center against a dark background. The petal surfaces show a fine, almost glittery texture and a blurred green stem appears behind the top petal.
