Housefly on Serrated Leaf

A housefly sits on the serrated edge of a green leaf near the lower right of the frame. The insect's bright red compound eyes and mottled brown body are sharply focused against a soft pale-green and purple background. A second, heavily blurred fly appears near the top left, emphasizing the shallow depth of field.
