Red Ant on Foliage Edge

A red ant sits on the serrated edge of a broad green leaf with its antennae extended. The scene is bright and backlit, the ant's reddish-brown body sharply focused against pale, blurred green shapes. Its mandibles and the scalloped margin of the leaf are clearly visible in the frame.
