Frost on Grass Blades

Frost on grass blades sits along narrow lawn blades close to the ground. The photograph is black-and-white with bright highlights on the ice crystals and a soft, out-of-focus background; the frame is tightly cropped around a few intersecting blades. A single round ice droplet clings to the tip of one blade and shows granular crystalline texture.
