Painted Clock Face on Fresco

A painted clock face sits high on a frescoed wall above a gilded Latin plaque. The round dial shows black Roman numerals and gilt edging set against worn grey and white mural figures with areas of exposed gold mosaic and warm wooden beams at the top. A carved filigree crest with three small shields crowns the dial and the metal hands appear corroded.
