Fuzzy Green Bud

A fuzzy green bud sits at the lower right of the frame. The bud's pale hairs and tiny glistening droplets catch highlights against a deep red, heavily blurred background and the composition leaves most of the image as red out-of-focus space. Along the bud's edge the hairs form a granular, bead-like texture that is clearly visible in the foreground.
