Grape Hyacinth Cluster

Grape hyacinth (Muscari) form a low cluster of cobalt-blue flower spikes at ground level. The blue cones rise above narrow sage-green leaves against a softly blurred beige background with even, diffused light. Tiny pale rims mark the tips of many bell-shaped florets, giving the clusters a beaded, tower-like appearance.
