Hollow Cup Fungi
Two hollow, cup-shaped fungal fruiting bodies rest on a bed of dark bark and wood chips. They are tan to cream with a rough, powdery surface, photographed close-up in soft, diffused light with a shallow focus. One rim shows scalloped erosion and a small green pine needle lies across the right cup.
