Mottled Slug on Mossy Log

A mottled slug crawls along a damp, mossy log beside a cluster of small brown mushrooms. The slug's glossy grey-brown body and faint striping are caught in soft, diffuse light with a shallow depth of field that leaves the mushroom caps in the foreground blurred. The slug's extended tentacles and a visible slime trail are clear in this frame.
