Gondolas at Piazzetta San Marco

Gondolas at Piazzetta San Marco sit moored along the waterfront beside the Doge's Palace. A purple and orange sunset fills the sky, backlighting the domes of Santa Maria della Salute and turning the buildings into dark silhouettes while lampposts punctuate the middle ground. In the foreground a covered gondola and wet cobbles reflect the fading light.
