Beige Bracket Fungus Underside

A beige bracket fungus is attached to the side of a tree and photographed from below. The frame shows creamy-beige pore texture lit from the rear against a soft grey background with a strip of bark at left. Small notches and tiny holes at the margin let bright light through the fungus skin.
