Peeling Paint on Rusted Metal

Peeling paint on a rusted metal surface runs across a shallow diagonal in the frame. Cool grey, brown and black rust tones mix with small copper highlights and white flakes; a very shallow depth of field keeps a narrow plane in focus while the rest falls into blur. A stamped oval with fine concentric ridges appears near the focused area where the paint has lifted.
