Beige Bracket Fungi on Trunk

Beige bracket fungi grow from the side of a vertical tree trunk. They appear as pale tan, cream-edged shelves against dark textured bark, photographed with soft, diffused light and a narrow depth of field that leaves the background smooth and out of focus. A small clustered row near the lower edge shows thin, velvety rims on each shelf.
