Pleurotus djamor Gills

Pleurotus djamor gills fill the frame, seen from beneath the cap. The folded surfaces appear in salmon and peach tones with creamy highlights, lit softly and photographed with a very shallow depth of field so the central area is sharp while outer ridges blur. Tiny granular particles cling to the central tissue and the gill edges show fine serrations.
