Himalayan Blue Poppy Stamen

A Himalayan blue poppy stamen sits at the center of a single open bloom. The ruffled orange center is sharply focused against broad sky-blue petals, lit evenly and recorded with a very shallow depth of field. Tiny pollen granules cling to the frilled edges, visible as fine texture in the close-up.
