Honeybee on Lavender Spike

A honeybee is feeding at the tip of a lavender spike near the center-left of the frame. Soft, late light renders the lavender petals in pale violet and purple against a muted mauve-gray bokeh. The bee's wings are motion-blurred and backlit, and a round out-of-focus lavender bud appears near the upper right.
