Small Feather on Dewy Grass

A small feather rests caught on a blade of dew-covered grass in the lower foreground. The photograph is black-and-white with strong backlight that turns the dew drops into bright circular bokeh while a very shallow focus leaves the background as soft discs of light. The feather's barbs are splayed and lit from behind, with fine fibers and several distinct droplets clinging to nearby blades.
