Plane Tree Branch in Autumn

A plane tree branch holds several late-season yellow leaves near the right side of the frame. Warm backlight turns the leaves honey-gold and silhouettes the dark twigs against a soft, out-of-focus pale background. Thin petioles and dark vein markings are visible on the nearest leaf, and a torn edge gives the cluster a slightly ragged accent.
