Olive Tree in Palazzo Courtyard

An olive tree sits in the center of a rectangular palazzo courtyard beneath a three-sided arcade. The pale stucco walls are streaked with dark weathering, brown wooden shutters mark arched windows, and pale stone columns rise above a cobbled floor beneath a clear blue sky. Most shutters are closed and the stucco shows vertical staining; a potted terracotta planter and a visitor standing in the shade by a doorway provide scale.
