Venetian Winged Lion Statue

A bronze winged lion statue sits atop a carved stone column with its front paws resting on an open book. The bronze shows a green patina against the pale grey capital and a flat pale-blue sky, photographed from a low, tight vertical angle. There are streaks of lighter corrosion on the mane and pale deposits along the book's edges.
